Meet Emily

I believe that our connections—with ourselves and with others—are at the heart of healing. As the child of immigrants, I deeply value hearing and honoring each person’s story: where you’ve been, who you are, and where you hope to go. I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families, and I bring compassion, curiosity, and respect to every session.

I am bilingual in English and Spanish and have experience supporting individuals and couples who want to move away from cycles of conflict and create relationships rooted in safety and care. I believe that the stories we carry shape how we move through the world, and my goal is to provide a safe, understanding, and accepting space for you to explore those stories. Together, we can create new meaning, recognize resilience, and shape a narrative that serves you.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles, and my master’s in Couples and Family Therapy from Seattle University. My professional background includes working with children and families, as well as supporting individuals in a non-profit setting who were leaving violent relationships.

It is a true honor to witness the courage, growth, and transformation of my clients. I would be privileged to walk alongside you in your journey toward healing and to support you in creating your own inner haven.
